Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana is the visionary scheme launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 24th April 2020 which is considered as the Panchayat Raj Day. This scheme will be governed under the Ministry of Panchayati Raj mainly benefit people from rural areas.

This scheme is currently implemented in 10 districts of the country and it is proposed that it will be implemented in the whole country by 2024. This scheme will cover all the villages of the country.

This scheme will provide relief to the people of rural areas that they will get ownership records of their properties and will be able to get bank loans in an easier way.
